The culture we create in our classroom can motivate, engage, and excite our learners to come to school. Before anything else, we need to create an environment where students feel safe and have a true sense of belonging. This workshop will take a hands on approach to help specialist become aware of the needs that motivate student behavior. Participants will receive a copy of 16 team building activities to help grow their chapter into a family.
