- Please meet in the El Dorado Ballroom, 3rd floor of the hotel at 3:00 pm.
- Essdack staff will meet you in Eldorado Ballroom and provide further instructions.
- Participants will be moving around the space, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. Sneakers are fine to wear.
