In this workshop, we will discuss how to navigate employer engagement barriers in a rural setting. Even though it can be a challenge, it’s possible to get all three tiers of employer engagement in a smaller demographic. Topics will include data, resources in your backyard/community, increased visibility, and more. Even though this session is geared towards new to three year specialists, some seasoned specialists will share their wisdom and one will be able to walk away from this session with some new tools in their belt.
